Old Oxbow

Mosquites hover in swarms above the stagnant water and buzz in the ears of the Oxbow''s visitors. Walk with your mouth closed unless you're on a protien diet consisting of bugs. Tall grasses and cat-tails rise from the murky waters and frightened frogs plop into the water with almost every step.

Slough Creek

Slough Creek cuts through the lands like a rattlesnake for miles and miles. In most areas it's shallow and calm and bountiful fishes are seen catching bugs from the surface, though don't let that fool you. Mother Nature can kick up the creek at any second, sending it into a roaring river. Pups and adults alike, beware.

Lone Tree

About half a mile from the creek stands a lone, regal tree, Lord of his fiefdom. This is a common meeting place for wolves, since it's right between the main water source and the open plain for hunting.
