A deep cave cuts into the mountain side, its entrance shrouded by stalagmites and stalactites. Towards the back sits a beautiful and natural sculpture of pink hued quartz, the largest of the crystals being about a foot in diameter. A crack in the ceiling of the cave casts a spotlight on the mass, and this place serves as both the Alpha’s sleeping quarters and the pack meeting place. The cavern can comfortably house about twenty adult wolves, though watch your step. Small hot spring pools sprout up along the sides of the walls, heating the cave in the winter but making it almost unbearably hot in the summer. During the hot season, the wolves normally sleep in the meadow outside of the cave, or in the rockwork nearby.
